Create a Playzee account to store your profile details, set deposit and withdrawal methods, and keep a record of bets and transaction history. Registration also links your email and phone number to the account for login recovery and security checks.

Playzee KYC Verification Process

Playzee runs KYC checks to confirm the account owner, verify the registered address, and match the payment method to the same person before payouts and when risk flags appear.

  • Identity (ID/Passport): Playzee requests a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and photo. Playzee also asks for a selfie or live photo holding the ID to match the face to the document and to block copied images.
  • Address proof: Playzee requests a document dated within the last 90 days that shows the same full name and residential address as the account profile. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots without issuer details and edited PDFs fail the check.
  • Payment method: Playzee verifies the deposit method used on the account before processing withdrawals. For bank cards, Playzee requests photos of the card with only the last 4 digits visible; the cardholder name must match the account name, and the CVV must be hidden. For e-wallets, Playzee requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account holder name and email/ID. For bank transfers, Playzee requests a bank statement or account confirmation showing the IBAN/account number and the account holder name.
